Nick Wilson founded Iron Ridge Contracting with a vision to provide top-notch decking and interior services. With over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries, Nick has a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of building and renovating properties. His extensive background includes project management, site supervision, and strategic planning. Additionally, Nick holds multiple welding certifications, adding a unique skill set to our team and enabling us to tackle complex and custom projects with precision. His dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our operations.

Alexandra Wilson is a co-founder of Iron Ridge Contracting and the driving force behind the company's client experience, brand identity, and community presence. Since launching Iron Ridge alongside her husband Nick in 2020, Alexandra has shaped the company's signature approach — one that blends rugged craftsmanship with elevated design and genuine relationship-building at every touchpoint. She oversees the customer journey from first inquiry through final reveal, ensuring every client feels informed, cared for, and proud of the space they've invested in.
