Iron Ridge Design Room Appointment Policy We are excited to welcome you to the Iron Ridge Design Room, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore materials, review design options, and plan your next project. To ensure that each appointment is productive and tailored to your needs, please review the following policy and guidelines: Scheduling an Appointment: All appointments must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation. Our office manager will reach out prior to your meeting to gather project details, including the scope of work, your design preferences, and any specific questions you may have. This helps us tailor the experience and provide relevant materials and recommendations. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to make adjustments and offer the time slot to other clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or limited rescheduling options. Meeting Preparation: Please come prepared with any inspiration images, sketches, measurements, or materials that can help us better understand your project vision. Bring any questions you have about the design process, materials, or project timeline so that we can address them during your visit. Design Room Experience: The Design Room at our Iron Ridge office is a space dedicated to exploring your project’s possibilities. You will have the chance to review material samples, explore design layouts, and discuss project timelines and budgets.
